Rather a new complete motor with a new ecu and they can have mine and do research on it to find out why my motor is having issues.
Could it be the tune?

everything is stock, other then an oil gauge and oil temp gauge i installed, did notice the oil pressure was like 10 psi higher then what people said their pressure was at, figured it was due to a new block.

In that case, I would be calling SOA and discuss how they plan to fix this.

I would ask for an SAS Gold policy that way you have coverage until 100k.

I would be asking for it for free from them, or at least extend your powertrain warranty to 100k.

Anybody have a box big enough to ship a cat-back exhaust? I just went by the UPS store to see what they'd charge me to pack it up and ship it....needless to say, it was laughable.

My shipping department at work just bubble wrapped mine and then wrapped some brown shipping paper around it. The ups guy said they are more careful with items not in a box. Guy who received it said it looked great when it arrived.

what did they pull you over for? if you didn't get a ticket, i don't see why you're complaining. consider yourself lucky.

haaa a state trooper told me that techincally i could get my car impounded for driving it after getting an improper equipment ticket and not fixing it. I had got two exhaust tickets in a two week period.

I heard the same thing years prior over an inspection sticker

Buuuut yeah, imma be in Richmond for the C&C on the 10th, hope to see u guys there. Supposed to be meeting up with Smurftastic Dave there and if all goes well, we might be swapping exhausts Buuut yeah, i think we are going to meet up a lil before C&C with any other subbies in the area that wanna roll in together. holler

http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmEventDetail.Show?psevent_id=12918

i'm in if others are. anybodyelse?
Im curious, i just saw this on C&C's facebook page:
"Many of you may not be aware of this, but a number of the C&CR regulars have been putting their cars through their paces with us here at NASA Auto-X. If you enjoy these beautiful cars sitting still imagine what it would be like to see them running through gears and being used how God intended. We are offering free entry to any C&CR member who has never autocrossed and would like to give it a try. Check us out here http://www.get-fast.net/nasacross/ Or contact me direct [email protected] for details"

Next event is Sunday March 11 in Petersburg. looks A-MAZE-ING! last day of my spring break too

you **might politely** ask to see the radar print to see if yer going that fast. if you're tinted or lowered those contribute to a pull-over. i painted my melon size exhaust tip and exhaust flat black for that incognito look. haven' been stopped in a long time.

im not lowered or tinted and in a freakin' WAGON

That autocross on 3/11 sounds like a good idea, i'll put that on post #1. I'm in if there's others??

I hope they continue with the free Autocross program for N00Bs. I've never autocrossed before and would love to try. Unfortunately, got my kids that weekend so unless there is babysitting we might just come to watch.
