and it is weeks later and I do not have my certificates.

I have tried to contact him and no dice. He did respond to a PM that I sent basically saying I was done waiting and wanted my money back...and he responded with a message with nothing in it...can you believe it? Might as well not respond.

This guy has been a member for a long time..had no negative comments..I think I am just SOL.

Bloody sucks.

I do not have squat..

I filed a Paypal claim and forgot to resolve it so it expired. I got them to run it again (I was on vacation) so hopefully, I will get my money back soon.

What a pain...

Not all that much of a shocker but....

From Paypal this afternoon....

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take

the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that

In using Paypal for 5 years this is the first time I am out the money. I guess that is doing pretty well but still, getting the money back would be nice.

I'm glad they ruled in your favor but sucks you didn't get your money back.

PayPal is lame when it comes to private party transactions with unscrupulous buyers/sellers. When buying, never let PayPal take the money directly out of your bank account if you have the option of paying with your credit card!!

If I were really pissed, I would post the various excuses you have sent me for not either sending me what I paid for or refunding me my money adn include how long the responses took to come. I am just mildly irritated that you seem to be unable to put the certs in the mail (not that I need them or want them anymore) or turn on your computer, log onto paypal and send me $150. Takes all of about 60 seconds...and you can do it from anywhere! Even from a phone!

and yes, I would not call you because the only way that I want this resolved is for you to send me my money back. Why should I call? So you can give me more reasons and excuses why you can't? What is the point? What proof would I have of anything you tell me over the phone. You want a dialog..fine. But it is going to in a manner that I can refer back to.

You do realize the only time I get any type of response from you that is worth anything is if I post publicly. How many PMs from me went unanswered. Sorry man, you burned any trust bridge long ago. You have no basis for asking or demanding anything.

You have my money for a transaction from 2 months ago and you have not shipped me the goods. Simple as that.
