Default 98 Legacy GT Parts and Some Misc.

EDIT: I'm in Toledo, Ohio

All prices OBO* plus shipping and I like road trips and have a fairly affordable and reliable way to ship the big stuff.

*Please feel free to lowball. I'm moving and you would be suprised.

98 Legacy GT

~139k Miles

1. DOHC Phase I 2.5L Engine with Blown Head Gasket - It runs great and ran for only a very short time before I noticed the increase in temperature. Hardest part about the HG change is doing it in the car. This one is on a palette. I have the entire engine harness, most of the ECU harness w/ Plug and the ECU. $300+shipping.

2. 5-speed Transmission with 4.11 Non-LSD R160 Rear Diff. No shift linkage, knob and the whatnot are included. It worked fine except for difficulty into reverse (a little grind sometimes) in on startups the cold. Probably needs new clutch and had a squeaky throwout bearing. SOLD to Rasmusson14.

3. NA Crossmember - SCRAPPED!

4. Gauge Cluster - Nicer GT gauge cluster for anyone with a BD or BG Legacy. Works fine. $75

On left!

5. Exhaust Manifold - Heat shields rattle a bit. Best offer or included with the engine!

6. Axles - 2 Front and 2 Rear Axles. Should work with most 93-01 Imprezas and 95-99 Legacies if not later. Great combo with the 5-speed! SOLD to Rasmusson14.

7. Front Leather Seats - Driver side has a bit of wear, passenger seat is pretty much perfect. Drivers seat has adjustable lumbar and height. $125 both, $75 each.

Drivers / Passenger

9. Legacy GT Brakes F & R- Includes rotors, lines, calipers, 2 sets of front pads, but no rear pads. Raybestos and EBC Redstuffs for the front. Good condition. SOLD.
10. Front and Rear Sways with Bushings- SOLD.

04 STi

1. Catted 2.5" Downpipe - $25

2. Misc switches and wiring (I've got boxes upon boxes) - PM me for any pieces you may want.

3. Radiator and Fan Assembly - Good condition except overflow on passenger side nipple broken. can be fixed pretty easily if you need a cheap replacement. $150

Misc.

1. GC STi Front Sway Bar - Bolt/Tab Mounting ~20mm. $45

PM'ing me is the best way to get ahold of me. I have pics of everything and can shoot some up or get some to all interested.

Thanks,

Matt

On #9, are the front caliper BRACKETS also included ?
Swapping GT or Outback brakes to a Legacy Brighton, L, or LS is reasonably cheap and worth while modification if you have the larger brackets to go with the larger front Rotors.
$150 is a tad steep for me, but I dont mind low-balling you for say $75.

On #10, I offer you $35 for the pair, assuming the plastic end-links are still intact.

The instrument cluster is from a 2004 STi, it came with the engine and transmission I bought.

On the instrument cluster picture is it the silver one for sell? If so do if it will work in a 99 legacy? Would I need to cut any wires or is it plug and play?

Thank

The cluster is from an 04 STi, you would need to splice quite a few wires (30+), sorry this one is in my car.

I really really need that ECU. Maybe if the guy in 98226, Bellingham I think, doesn't need the ECU, You could sell it to me? Please! Please! Please! I have cash, and it would be easy to ship. Let me know

As soon as I find out if shipping is worth the purchase of the engine we can talk regarding the ECU. I have not seen a quote yet.

I've still got one person interested in the engine as a whole, but the quotes are just comming in really high to ship (2000mi will do that). I may be willing to part and ship (<100# parcels) if we get enough people to want pieces.

Hold off just now, but anyone interested in pieces of the engine may start PM'ing or posting requests in the next few days depending on the first dibs for the engine. Sorry for some of the delays in response guys I'm really busy at the moment. I'll do my best.
