Seeking info on B4 twin turbo boxer 4
Hi
I am in need of as much info as possible on this car, diagrams, boost connections, whats the most power someone has made on one of these twins ? you know the usual questions, in a search I have found a few people that have removed the twin turbos and replaced with a single one, reason I ask, is theres one standing in my garage.... Help !

There isn't a lot of data available on these stateside.
IIRC, there was a guy who transplanted one into an RS or Legacy from the Phillipeans here on NASIOC...a good search would reveal his name. He's probably the best person to contact. FWIW, this engine has historically proven to be much more headache than it is worth in terms of the swapping world. fibuz |

GTB's Legacy site BTW I've got a GT twin-turbo in the UK. My advice is to convert it to an Impreza style single-turbo. Last edited by duncangrant; 12-06-2005 at 04:13 PM. |

Honestly, I'd sell it on eBay and build up an EJ257 block with SOHC heads. Slap a GT30R on there, and you're golden. You'd probably be spending around the same amount to transplant the TT, but you'd have 200 or so more HP.
<---- Saving his spare change for an EJ257, GT30R, and supporting mods. |

different is good. just how much time + money do you want to spend. the cheapest / most reliable swap is a USDM WRX one. I dont know if its physically possible to do the TT's in LHD car though.
