Haha I know right! Its so much fun driving in the dirt. I was helping out with a TSD rally yesterday and got my car dirty while working a checkpoint. Hopefully I can enter a race soon!

Apkarian100, what kind of front bumper is that? It looks like a WRX bumper. I want to put on a '11 WRX bumper on my '10 2.5i but not sure if it would fit.

08-10 you need the bumper and fenders.
11+ you need the bumper, fenders, and grill.

Also, sideskirts may help or it'll look a little awkward.

It's a 2.5i bumper, that I cut and added WRX/STI bumper vents to.

So guys, unfortunately yesterday I had to close the chapter on a really hard time. Due to the transmission issues the 2.5i came down with last month, I was forced to trade her in. Im going to really miss her but when god closes a door, he opens a window and this silver beauty on the right is my new ride. Its been a great ride with you guys and wish everyone the best. On to the 11-12 wrx/sti thread.

I'd like to introduce you guys to my new 2012 wrx hatch.

I got her with 24 miles and an SPT catback and STI short shift from factory.

had absolutley no time to etch out the plates

The spacer helps with cooling the air, it wont help too much on an n/a, but it couldn't hurt.

Your car is/was sick str8cypher! once a 2.5i owner, always a 2.5i owner

^Agreed, what were your issues? My car was in the shop 3 times for grinding and issues with 4th and 5th gear (Manual Transmission) before they completely rebuilt my transmission, but even then it still had issues and wasn't to spec so they had to replace the entire transmission with a brand new one (all work was warrantied).

I've never launched my car or dropped the clutch and the first few gears were never the issue. In fact some of the issues happened while I was away at school and my car was only lightly being drivin by my dad. Needless to say I've been pretty annoyed that my 2009 car has spent over 3 weeks (not all at once, total appointments) in the shop getting transmission work.

Nice, how'd you do that?

I'll most likely keep the all body parts stock because they just get banged up in parking lots anyways lol
