I'll just add in some quick pics of my newly painted rims. I also got a set of 17' Rota Subzeros in the garage, no time to put them on since it's raining here and I wanna keep them dry.

Oh yea, i totally need to wash my car.

Paint looks good! I like it, what kind of paint is it exactly? I might go gold with mine next winter.

And for your Rotas, you say you don't want them to get wet. Well, are you going to take them off everytime its expected to rain???

It's Plasti-kote Gold. Don't use them. I had a tough time with that brand

Well, I only plan on using the rotas for summer time only. and they need new tires, only have 30% tread left on them. I just bought them from another subie member today

Using OEM stock rims for fall
Using rotas for spring and summer

sylon, your identity crisis is probably the worst i've seen on nasioc.

it looks good, but the stock wheels kill it. if it had sti brembos and gold BBS from 2004, it would be very cool and at least have the stopping power to back it up. add a set of coilovers or sti takeoff struts and springs and you have yourself a cool car, albeit faking the funk.

Tein H-Techs.
I believe it's 1.2' front and 1.0' rear.

Decent drop, but soft spring rate.
Haven't tested it out on Auto X yet.
I've scratched my bottom front bumper couple times, but that's ok, you can't see it

Putting the stock hood back on for winter, then come spring the CF hood is going back on, along with a wingless CF trunk. I want to get a set of gold Tarmac3's and drop it a bit. But spring time is a long ways away, so I have time to save up. Priorities first, moving into a new apartment this weekend.

so you're losing the park bench? interesting.... if we were closer together... I'd buy it off you... but alas... money is an issue currently, and I'm sure there's a few park benches more local to me.

Heh, the tints aren't as dark as they look. I turned the flash on in that pic because I tried to make it look darker...Guess it worked.

Here's some more pics that show the real darkness: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2475889

And thanks for the "clean" compliment...just washed it at my local "Do-It-Yourself" car wash. Took me about 10 minutes. Rinse, soap, rinse, dry. I don't really do a good job compared to some guys on NASIOC but meh...good enough for me.
