Default did i fry my coil pack?

Hello, i went to change my coolant hose connected to the top reservoir tank next to the manifold. In the process i spilled some coolant. After i replaced i i started up the car and added some more coolant to top it off (spilled some again). I then went to drive around and just to make sure everything is ok. Then i get a CEL of P0301 on cylinder 1. Did i fry it cuz it was wet? How can i test this coil? is it ok to start the car again to see if the CEL comes on again after it dries?

Thanks.
