Question Viable mods for 08 2.5i?

Are there any options that would help acceleration for my 08 2.5i? Ive heard that headers for subies arent really good for power...more of just sound.

what about light pulleys? intake? reflash or tune?

a short throw would shave minimal time but may still be a good idea. Any help?

Options exist, but they cost a lot. By "a lot", I mean "close to what a WRX would cost". Like, you could swap in a WRX powertrain.

Just bolting stuff onto the naturally aspirated powertrain will result in your engine blowing up. And there exist basically no tuning options for the 2.5i ECU.

You would honestly probably do better to sell it and buy a WRX. You'll come out cheaper, and "safer" engine wise.

yeah, sorry but the only mods you will find for those cars is suspension related - which can still be fun! gets you a chance to work on the car a bit while you save up for a wrx if you want something with more power. The only way to gain power is spending a LOT of money, like multiple thousands of dollars, for maybe 5hp. The turbo platform is a lot more friendly to aftermarket power increases.
