Yes, I wasn't paying too much attention to the exhaust until my mechanic told me it looked pathetic. But he said all you need is a 4" tip that they weld on, so at least that way you lessen the chance of destroying your warranty, it's cheap, and unless your standing next to it who knows what mods you've done

I think that the mount for the sub frame may actually be taller. Look at the size of the bushing at the mounting point in the second picture of Magic Marker's last post

yah its ridiculously cheap, it was 20.xx for the trim piece and 11.xx for the rubber mat. Dealer is the only one here in St. John's, Capital Subaru. I want the momo shift knob as well, think ill end up getting it from subarugenuineparts though, used them for the sport grille and the trunk liner, gonna run out and put it in the car in a few mins

so the shifter boot is definitely different, gonna order the new one on monday, heres a couple pics (yes, i know its extremely dirty), first you can see the difference in the shape of the boot opening
heres a teaser pic, showing what it will look like and that it fits how its supposed to, except the shifter boot and lastly, some free dealer swag they gave me when i picked up the parts |

new shiftboot and the plastic piece that attaches it to the trim, not cheap though, its $55, either way it puts the entire mod under $100, so its still not what id call expensive
00NewfieGT, nice to see someone else from the city here, first time ive come across someone, dont know your car though, ive seen a few around, but nothing that doens't look stock. You may have seen mine, 08 wrb 2.5i with gold wheels, sport grille, hid's and yellow fogs |

picked up the new shifter boot and installed it all yesterday, shifter boot with the plastic attachment piece cost 62.xx tax in, so it put the entire mod under 100 bux canadian, ill take a few pics later and post them up, basically it just looks like a stock 09

So what was the answer for exhausts that fit 2.5i hatchbacks?
I'd like to purchase one here in the next couple weeks. Which fits and would be best? |

I bought a whole package of extra crush gaskets and every time I change my oil I examine the old one closely; I have yet to replace it after 8 oil changes. It just never looks damaged and I am not leaking in the first 26,000 miles.
