I can't see the images here at work, but I'm interested to see this when I get home. I'm particularly interested in this detail about the Jeep radiator - could you give some more info on specifically what you're using?

It's a cherokee or wrangler radiator, not 100% sure what model but we didn't get many over here so should be easy to ID. Can find out if you want. We just matched it up by size.

Yes, the filter is just screwed in to give a space reference for the external filter/cooler adaptor.

Its a cherokee (xj) I6 I have owned 3 cherokees its from an closed cooling system not open so should be 1991-1993 (has no cap) they make a full aluminum performance radiator for it also.
