FS: RWD conversion for WRX, done right!

I bought this by accident and have a set of front axle stubs cleaned. Set up to do a RWD conversion with steel mini-spool installed in a center diff and replace front axles with the outer stubs only. This: Inside this center diff: Along with the outer stubs (don't have pic yet) from aWRX for $300 shipped

I have a rwd wrx, We welded the center dif solid, If your set up is any safer/better I would like some info. about the mini spool and such, Thanks. If you could pm me about it.

It was in a diff that I was told was an Sti 20Kg and found this inside of it. It's made out of solid steel, not aluminum and is way beafy. Better than welded because it totally bypasses the spider gears. You could actually take them out, but I didn't because there's no reason to.

Make me an offer on this guys. I don't need it and would like to get rid of it.
Center diff with the spool and two complete front axles(haven't taken them apart yet, will if you want). |

I just installed it last week. That was the only pic of the center diff that I had. |

so, i am selling some stuff and as son as i do i think i would be interested in buying something like this, now i have an 04 wrx, so my question is do you have everything needed to make this work and if so how hard of an installation is this. please let me know and at the longest it would take me another 2.5 weeks to pay for this, and i think i could do like 285$ shipped please let me know about it. my email is [email protected]

Install requires taking the tail cover off the transfer case. 7-8 14mm bolts hold that on, but you need to take out the drive shaft and cross member. It will be supplied inside a diff that you just swap out. It actually just slides out.
