STi Utec question...confused about fuel
Everything I've read says if you increase points on the fuel map the IDC should go up. Well I find that when I increase the MAF voltage for the Fuel map my IDC goes down. Way down.
I increased fuel from .2 to 1.2 and in that area IDC's went from around 90 to 80. Also I'm noticing increased power. I always thought you'd get more power by leaning out...not richening. I'm sure there isn't but is there anything with the Utec that reverses the MAF voltage...so adding voltage would really subtract fuel? That doesn't make a lick of sense to me but don't understand what is going on.

It doesn't make sense. Might be a good idea to post some logs.
