Custom fabricated HVAC relocation fitment is done and arrived today. Has a perfect fitment unlike the Orbital Kits (no longer made) that were just made out of moldings. Just waiting on the OEM JDM Double Din Bezel to arrive and I still need to pick out a display unit. However, I'm not entirely sure which one... wish satellite radio worked up here.

Pretty much what it will look like once it's all said and done

vs U.S. factory look

Yea I just wish USDM Evos didn't get the shaft with the HVAC and Double Din setup. The auto climate control system looks so nice on the JDM and EDM models. (Reminds me of the RSX interior now that I think about it) Hate the mechanical setup in comparison and the issues connected with it.

That looks nice, but I want my gauges there. Not on my a-pillar.

I got a 3-pod 60mm gauge pod setup for there ready for gauges.

Don't know how long you've been up here but cold weather makes cars squeak. Don't let it drive you nuts.

I keep hearing squeaking in the back of my BRZ in the cabin and all I keep thinking is, "...But I don't have rear doors anymore..."

Subaru problems.

I currently have the Gruppe-S triple 60mm there as well, however, after spending hours comparing interior setups I grew to dislike it. I just felt it didn't look as clean. My plan is to run 2 gauges on the steering column instead. Using something like a PLX display to multi monitor with what I already use and the Perrin mounting solution.

While I don't feel it's as clean, the center setup would still be my 2nd choice without question. I just wanted a cleaner look is all.

Subaru problems.
Check the styrofoam inserts around the donut, or just take them all out for a while and see if it still squeaks.

Going to be purchasing a blouche 16gxt here shortly. I'm sick of trying to get a decent used turbo on the board lol. I may or may not purchase a jdm 02 Wrx Sti hood scoop at the same time because that is also an item I've been trying to get used as well.

RSD now carries the jdm scoop! 237.

Edit: ordered from the provided website instead. Price of said hood scoop was cheaper and ended up getting it for $213 shipped.

Thanks for looking out coldfire.

Does this sound odd to anyone else? Maybe I'm just reading it out of context.

Just put in an order for equal length headers so that I can finally sound like a Honda, and not have that ugly boxer rumble.

Haha I love the sarcasm! I kinda wish UEL headers were available for my Legacy. This is Karlo by the way.
