Default complete noob, help with my logs

Im brand new to tuning but i want to learn how to do it myself because the tune i had done was not "satisfactory" to say the least. But i am using the carberry rom as a base, right off the bat i had slight knock so i tried to copy paste my old rom into there and get some logs and i was knocking a lot! so i changed it back and pulled 2 more logs, im still pulling timing and i dont really know where to start with these logs so any help is appreciated! both pulls were done in 3rd gear.

I have a 2002 JDM EJ207 with TBE, and cold air intake. im looking to have an aggressive tune because i know this motor is capable of so much more hp.

I cant figure out how to attach my logs on here so you guys can see them, help??

Most people use google documents to host the logs.

Put your logs and your map if possible.

If you have no clue what your doing then starting off with the Carberry ROM is not the smartest idea. Unless your other tune was based on the Carberry ROM you cannot just copy and paste.
