Default Anyone tried the scoopless look on their non-turbo GC8s?

I've been thinking about putting a non-hood scooped hood (that was repetetive) for the GC8 2.5RS for appearance as well as aerodynamics (improved) and wondered if anyone else has had a similar idea or actually tried putting a regular hood on their cars getting rid of the non-functional scoop

take the scoop off and put some meshing in its place. leave the back plate on when raining and off when sunny if you want.

i've posted several times on this already - and have a current post offering to trade my BRP hood with scoop for scoopless hood.

why is it always the canadians who have the right perspective on things?
