my 02 wrx high brake light stopped working. i then bought a new bulb and replaced that. it didnt work. i checked the 20amp fuse under my dash and it was blown. i replaced that and right when i pressed on the brake light it blew right then and there. i tried it again and pressed on the brakes and i heard it blew again. what is going on?

There is a short circuit somewhere. You will have to chase it down and fix it or you'll just keep blowing fuses.
