Default GT mountain bike, tried and true bike, lots invested

Ive had this bike for 4 years now, and it has seen just about every trail within 100 miles of my house. Im not going to lie, this bike is not a garage queen, i used it alot and would if i had the time! Over the last 4 months i have had no time to ride my bike, school is taking more and more time, and i need the money to pay for other expenses. The bike was 800 new, the front fork was 300 new in nov. 2005, and the crank and rear rim were replaced early last year, the pics show the details. Im asking about $400 which i think is fair, but i am open to negociation. no trades. thanks for your interest!

King
