Default help with hella horns

I had a set of supertones installed using the relay and all was fine until a bodyshop messed somehting up. I am trying to put the relay back on with the harness I made. I saw that one of the wires wasn't in secure, so I fixed it but the horns still wont sound with the relay. I can hear both the subaru and Hella relay clicking when I press the horn. Could it be a bad relay?

Probe around with a meter or test light to find where the power is being lost.

meter is the best but your not dealing with anything really complicated here. What happens if you run a wire fom the battery to the wire that connects the horns to the relay(unhook the wire from the relay and apply direct power from the battery) If this sounds the horns then you either have a bad relay or you have it connected to the relay improperly.

If it doesn't sound then you know you have either a bad ground, a bad power connection or a bad horn.

Well, it turned out to be a bad relay. I picked one up at autozone for 3 bucks and now I can make people deaf again. Thanks for all your help.
