Depending on pricing, I will be getting these or RS3s in 255/40/17. Just waiting for them to hit the market at this point. I don't need them until March.

Will be released in February they say. And I've been hearing pricing will be below what the star specs are now.

I hope the February date is correct. My specs are shot and I'm nursing the car.

They should be cheaper than the zIs and the release date depends on size.

I think it's more the fact that someone is drinking the kool aid so much that they'll dump $1000 1000 mile tires just to have the latest model...which is pretty stupid.

Who said I was paying for them? Who said they weren't already junk?

I work for Goodyear. I'm getting them for free/our wholesale price. Which is 60-75% less.

Z1s have been the best tires I've owned.. If you're in a hurry to get rid of yours for a marginal upgrade 99.9% of drivers will never extract from the newer model, I'll be happy to take them off your hands

How? Because my tires are already shot with a season of street driving and a weekend of autox every other week? Not to mention camber wear...

I go through quite a bit of tires.
