Default Turbo and injectors

I recently bought an APS SR40 turbo for my 2003 WRX, but before that I bought some 660cc injectors and wanted to know if they are going to be big enough.

I would say you need larger. 850cc if not 1000

The car has 180,000 miles so I don't know if I want to push it to the limit as far as a tune goes. My last wrx only had like 50,000 so I wasn't too worried when I had an sr50 on it. I had 900cc on it with a low duty cycle.

check out the PPB forum, plenty of sr40 setups with 650s and 800+cc depends on the fuel types you want to use.

Make sure you include a fuel pump with a high enough flow to supply the fuel to the bigger injectors !

Should I give the right answer, which was already given by someone most likely with an enormous penis to match his terrific brain, or should I post something snarky as is in my nature..........

I feel If your tuning it yourself and you don't know the size injectors you need you might want to find a different tuning source or if youre dead set on that do what I do and type said turbo into google followed by the word dyno then watch the millions of videos and read threads showing everyone who's ever don't this turbo set up and read what they have instead of posting this thread

If I were going to do a tune pushing this car to the edge then I would have done 1000cc's without question. I was planning on using a smaller turbo when I bought the injectors. I should have said that I was doing a mild tune on it and not a balls to the wall tune.
