You wont need a new one. But you might have to have a body shop fix it.

Speaking from a body guys stand point your gonna want to replace it, specially being that its on a body line, itll probably cost more for them to try and get that perfect again than it is to replace. Not saying that they cant fix it I just think in the long run youd be happier. And doing PDR, isnt going to change the fact that the paint is cracked anyways.
So it all comes down to how concerned with it you are, if you dont care that its chipped then try PDR, but if you want it to be perfect again just replace the fender. |

I would say replace it. But then again I'm a perfectionist and unless you really trust the body shop you go to to get it good enough, you just never know.

Easy fix. Any good bodyman can make it look new. Plus since the damage is on the front of the fender the painter can blend the paint with in the fender so the color will match without blending the hood or fender. (FYI. I've got 25 plus years bodyshop and appraisal experience).

I would go to a body shop. PDR is NOT going to be able to help the seam needing to be repaired.

I bet you could find a good fender in the classifieds and if the color does not match take it to get resprayed at a body shop. I know i have seen 02-03 fenders in there... you might be able to find your year model...
