Default WRX 2 pots vs Brembo fitment

Will the FHI 2 pot calipers from an 06/07 WRX fit on an 05 STI?

If anyone has them laying around, would you mind measuring the distance between the mounting holes?

They should being that the adapters (KNS, Kartboy) accommodate both the 2 pot and Brembo. Mounting should be the same but I do believe you would need to run a smaller rotor.

They will bolt directly to your 05 STI rear knuckles if that is what you want to know. You would have to use gravel spec rotors to make use of them.

As above.
The calipers will bolt straight on.

You'll need to use the Gravel spec rotor which is 290mm diameter, but is designed for the STi 190mm handbrake (vs WRX's 170mm). I am unsure whether an aftermarket company makes these.

KNS does (manufactured by DBA), as does FHI (though they need to be imported).

At today's exchange rate:

26300FE050 Front Disc, Gravel (2) ¥11,556 $95.82/ea $191.64 total
26700FE070 Rear Disc, Gravel (2) ¥11,556 $95.82/ea $191.64 total

So I'm assuming 06/07 wrx brakes (calipers and rotors) will bolt directly onto my 06sti? I'm currently running the brembos

no you need the rear rotor to suit the larger handbrake. it's a custom aftermarket part. DBA does one, i'm not sure who else.

The front rotor is different, as well - 5x100 vs. 5x114.3.

DBA (sold through KNS) and Subaru (FHI) manufacture these parts, as I mentioned and gave p/n for.

Need Brakes? 919.420.0021

In front you need KNS4651. It is 5 x 114 AND clears the larger STi hub.

http://www.knsbrakes.com/c/car-serie...-+Single+Rotor

In rear you need KNS4656. 190mm handbrake and 5 x 114

http://www.knsbrakes.com/c/car-serie...-+Single+Rotor

Currently out of stock on rears

In rear you can use any variation of DBA 656 or DBA 4656 if redrilled for 5 x 114
