Default anyone... anyone?...

well,
my car threw a light today. i did a search but it there are a lot of variables involved. i originally reside in the northwest, but i am in colorado visiting some family. i have 5600 miles on my rex and the light did'nt show its face until i got to colorado. i have a blitz intake and trust exhaust. occasionally i romp on the accelerator but i haven't had any probs until now. could the altitude in colorado and my mods join forces and cause this annoyance, or is it something they put in there gas down there that causes the light to come on? i checked my hoses and stuff, but everything looks intact. any info would be cool.

Having the code would certainly help. Can you pull it? Otherwise, have a shop get it for you.

Merry Christmas,

Depends on where you are in Colorado, Call Bret at Flatirons Subaru in Boulder if you need a dealer. Or find him here...SubeTek. Very straightforward and "understanding" dealership.

I've read that many people in CO springs are having trouble too. From what I've read of their trials, it very well could be the gas. It could also be the cold ass air combined with the intake that is confusing the computer. Do a search for Colorado Springs and you should come up with what gas station to go to/avoid.
Hope I could help,
Tim
