i dont see the problem with bagging a subaru. A lot of people buy car because they like the way they look and get them where they want to go in any fashion they so choose. Not everyone wants to go 100 mph and or go on a track/back roads. I think its great they people try different things. If you have negative comments or dont agree just move on because no one else in the thread will agree or except you because you do so. The people in here are here because of interest. I would also like to see peoples tank setups as well.

I love when people say it ruined the car lol

People need to open their minds and see the possibilities of these cars. It's not just rallying down a dirt road at 100 mph. Get over yourselves

I love the idea of a purely aesthetic subaru (although I am about pure functionality). These cars naturally have a very aggressive and purposeful look/style. Although it does make me sad to see a subaru brought to this, well more mainstream approach to "coolness?". I think that everyone is entitled to enjoy their car how they see fit. At least they're going all out with it, didn't see anything half-assed in there.

In for more pics and less idiots.

PEOPLE OF NASIOC,

Most of these kits that are being used on these cars ride and have many of the same characteristics as coilovers. The biggest difference is that they can put their cars on the ground on command. Please quit complaining and being grumpy and go somewhere else.

Tanks.

More pics please

Indeed. It is way more practical than coilovers ever will be on the streets.

What's funny is I thought people would be more acceptable of this over the people who slam their subies on coils...

I mean come on people..... all of these drivers can raise their car to safe and functional ride height AND get the aesthetics they want when stopped. Let's not mention the fact that they can all go to a ride height more comfortable then stock...

In for more pics...

This, I did not expect people to act like this. I thought the bags have more functionality than a coilover and isn't the setup (AirLift) built on the BC Coilover. If you are sitting still or just crusing around whats wrong with having it extra low

it's the best of both worlds in terms of comfort and performance. i never liked the concept of one on a subie but after riding in one, i was a believer.

Hey everyone, really glad to see some cool new shots in the thread! Thanks for your contributions, keep 'em coming!

A bit of a side note... Although we all respect one another's opinions, I would really like to keep this thread to a "pictures only" type of deal. If you'd like to discuss the performance aspects of Air Ride vs Other Suspensions, please keep that to the suspension or appropriate technical forum. Along those lines, expect an intricate post covering many of the technical aspects of Air Ride to pop up in the next couple days

Here are a couple more videos of that 550whp STi riding on Air Lift Performance struts being driven hard, both on and off the track

A bit of aggressive driving:

Track day!

Annnnd another shot of me with my car, cleaning it up before a show
