I am stuck going to school in UT ...............how is the suby community???? Are there any dirt trails I can take my rally car on without getting arrested? How do the dealerships react with mods to the wrx?

Well, Utah is scenic if you like that sort of thing. So "stuck" here would depend on the kinds of things you like to do. There are some dirt roads here and there that I've seen, I don't rally my car though so I'll leave that to the others. We've got a pretty good Suby community here IMHO. The local guys are all very cool and friendly and we meet pretty often. Word on the street is Nate Wade Subaru is the most mod friendly, but its also going to depend on who you ask. When are you going to get here? We need to schedule another few meets before the snow hits...

Mark Miller is mod unfriendly so don't go to them. All the suby community sucks out here. Wait that is me so we rock he he.

If you want some rally time, there are some awesome places to go and tear it up without any cops buggin ya. Skull valley, Soapstone Basin, Strawberry Creek, etc...I've done a lot of them and never even saw a cop (or other driver for that matter). As far as mods go, Mark Miller has never dicked me over mods. They're the ones who sold me a car with mods already on it and offered a warranty on the engine and tranny.

If you ski or snowboard you'll be very happy. I've thought of moving there just for that.
