Default 2011 wrx 5 door hatch with Rota 17"x7.5 +48 5x100 wheels?

I am reading all different things about the new wheel offset and am looking to understand what putting a 17"x7.5 +48 5x100 wheel on the new wrx would do. Meaning would it be centered in the wheel well from side to side or out toward the fender or in toward the center of the car.

I understand the new wrx wheel to be 17x8 and +53?

Bottom line is that I am finally accepting that subaru sucks and isn't going to build another 2 door and I am lined up to lease a new 2011 wrx hatch. Just want to see if my 17" rotas will fit so I can run snowtires on them.

That is cool. I need to find a hitch too but I will start a new post on that. I have searched and people have said Curt but I have yet to see anything online confirming this.

I have a 2011 sedan, the 2009+ forester hitch fit with just a trim on the bottom lip of the bumper. It shouldfit yours too and since the hitch is inside the bumper it doesnt interfere with your exhaust.
