You will need regulators and motors. I believe the mounting points for the power vs. manual regulators are the same.

Bringing this thread back.
I have, 95 L manual windows.

Went to the junkyard and got..

Power motors
Power switches
Door cards
All wiring from inside the door, through to the harness near the pedals.

However, what are these regulators you speak of? Where are they located? Are they part of the power motor, or wires inside the door, or is this something I need to go back to the junkyard and get?

Thanks

need to know your model of impreza.

some bulkhead harnesses do not have the wiring for the widow system in them.

also check your door harness plug on the bulkhead side and see how many wires there are going to them. post back and well see if its possible

95 Impreza L is the shell
02 WRX Wire harness. is the current harness
Door wiring/switches came from I believe a 96 junkyard L Coupe w/power windows.

I think I'll just have to find my own power source. I doubt I'm going to get the junkyard power window harness to match into the 02 WRX harness

no, it wont.
is it a coupe or sedan?

you might be able to get awy with 99+ door hanresses (sedan as he WRX is) or just get the WRX stuff. you could also splice the old plug to the wrx harness. all the poer and stuff should be there.

the "regulators" are not regulators. its relays in the harness. if you have the entire WRX harness in your car, and you didnt pull anything off of it in terms of electrical boxes, relays ect, you should be able to wire it up with a good diagram.

Thats probably what I will end up trying to do.
Car is a coupe.
As long as I find which wires in the WRX harness are for power windows, I'll just splice the new wires into them and make it work I guess.
