Unhappy HELP: Tuning RCE T2 Coilovers

Vehicle Setup: 2004 WRX

RCE T2 Coilovers with Vorshlag plates F/R (500/400)
(Myles street setup)
Whiteline components everything exc. locking diff bolts
Cobb Tuning swaybars
M1 Red Subframe
Wheels/Tires: 18x8.5/245/40/18 star spec.
WestEnd Alignment and Corner Balanced

Can anyone driving on Socal road please share their T2 Setups (Rebound/Comp)?
I am need to change my suspension to the softest yet accurate handling suspension setting possible after recovering from surgery.
I drive on the 405 & 10 daily (Santa Monica to Irvine to Downtown LA).

I might have no other option, but to buy softer springs (400/350 or 350/300).
I can't stand driving in my car now, if needs to be more comfortable on the 405.

Any Ideas?
