Default Drunk drivers....

Lost a good friend last night and the other is in critical condition.... They were hit by a drunk driver.... Just wanted to warn everyone.... Be careful out there guys (and gals)

Getting that phone call the next morning isn't the greatest way to start the day....

I've been there too and I'll agree it is not a good way to start off the day.. Your friend has my prayers and thoughts.

Thanks guys. This **** just gets old. It happens about twice a year for about the last 5 years....

And go figure, the driver survived. He was in a f-250, they were in a neon.

Sorry to hear about the loss, as well as the accident. It really does go to show that you're not safe anywhere even if you are the safest driver on the road. I'm scared near to death of intoxicated drivers and drivers who text.
Hope for a full recovery.

Well, not that it'll make you and your friend's family feel any better, at least the driver will spend a while in jail to sit and mull over what he did for years.

Thanks everyone. 1 of the survivors is home now, he's got a broken leg, and some scratches and scrapes.... As for the other survivor, she's not doing so well. Punctured lung & spleen, broken ribs along with some other broken bones..... I hope the bastard rots in prison......

I know I'm not a saint by any means, and have drive drunk.... I guess after I lost a really close friend last year due to driving impaired it really opened my eyes.... And I'm sure plenty of you have drove or even still do drive impaired..... I hope this opens eyes as well.

Again, thank you all for your concerns & prayers. I know all of the families need it right now.

Sorry for your loss. Our condolences.

Drunk Drivers are the scourge of the earth and deserve the worst punishment. Any drunk driver who kills should be charged and convicted with 2nd Degree Murder -- Too bad the driver will likely only get slapped on the hands.
