Some very sharp looking cars in this thread. Have any of you flat black guys actually used John Deere Blitz Black? I've got a ratty '99 RS that I'm on the fence about sending it to the local automotive school to spray.

It all started as a joke that turned into a bet. When my car hit 200k miles, I was going to repaint it. I mentioned that I wanna use truck bed liner cause it would be funny my friend was convinced that I would never do it...so of course I had to prove her wrong.

pics of actually putting the vinyl on Here are some cell phone pics of my progress: Started off with just the hood Then said screw it I'll do the roof too The RS still didn't look complete and we had more vinyl and almost done Material costs so far have been at $140 bucks and a case of Hite Beer which was on sale at the local korean market for $5 bucks |
