rock krawler 2.5 max travel. 317/70/17 goodyear duratracs (measure 34.25 in). front posion spyder brawler lite with mid stinger and lower skid plate, and rear posion spyder bumper with integrated tire carrier. if slow5oh will get his ass over to my house tomorrow i can get the bumper on and hopefully at least get my winch in place. im not too worried about getting it all wired up and working, but i at least want to ooh and aah at how pretty it will all look.

lift took me right at 8 1/2 hours by myself with hand tools and taking my time. wasnt that bad at all.

i gotta say, posion spyders stuff is worth the money. there was absolutely zero fitment issues. none. everything was spot on as far as things lining up, bolt holes being in the right place... everything was perfect.

thank you. driving it around today really makes me wish i would have gotten into offroad vehicles a long time ago. i have always enjoyed fast cars, but i do my best to be a good responsible driver and you just cant drive fast on the road with others around you. something big and slow is what i need.

It's raining pretty heavily here today; driving the Jeep in this weather is fantastic.

I may or may have not purposefully bombed some flooded areas.

agreed. more than anything i like the fact that my control arms and track bar can be adjusted to work with pretty much any of their kits. all i have to do is buy different springs and additional parts from their higher kits. very nice on the pocketbook.

i do agree. ive read that you can run 37s all day with a good 2.5 kit. i dont see any reason to go any bigger any time in the near future. if this thing turns into 100% toy at some point i may consider it, but for now i think the suspension is just about right. i went with bilstien shocks, and they are a bit stiff. i may change those out at some point for something a bit more comfy.

The 5100's?

OME's are a bit softer and worth looking into when you decide to go with new shocks.

Old Man Emu. The stuff is second-to-none when it comes to comfort. My old roommate had a OME lift (springs and shocks) on his '03.

I've used OME shocks on my 99 Cherokee and shocks/springs on my girlfriend's '03 Wrangler. Both drive excellent.
