What do you need to do to have constant voltage to fuel pump?
What do you need to do to have constant voltage to fuel pump? What are the ups and down of doing that ?

The fuel pump is controlled by the ECU and if the ECU doesn't see ignition pulses it will turn off the pump. It is a safety issue. You don't want the pump running if there was an accident, the fuel line gets severed, and fuel keeps coming out of the tank.
