Post 30k mile service, what do i need to do?

Well I'm at 26k miles now and was going to do the 30k mile service early, but what is all needed to do this? I was planning on changing the plugs(just change the wires to magnecores), Oil an filter as usual, radiator fluid, ATF fluid, Windshield wipers, etc. But what else is needed to be done? And what ATF fluid should i use for the auto tranny, I want to use a Synthetic Fluid since that is what i use in my engine, but where can i get the filter for the tranny fluid? And also which coolant should i use?

Most of that info (especially the service schedule) is in your owner's manual.
