Default Air Control Valve

I just got another Check Engine Light on my 95 Impreza L. Code 24 "Air Control Valve or Circuit" What is this? Is this the Idle air control valve? Something Different?

Update: read other thread "Idle air control valve circuit"

They are pretty aggravating- they gum up (sometimes) or outright fail (more often). Try running some carb cleaner through the mechanical portion of it, let it dry, and reinstall. It might solve the problem.
