I've had machine work done by Bernie Dargie on Fisher St. in Westboro, but it was driveline components, so I don't have first hand experience with engine stuff. His machine shop looks like a farm....From Otis St, Westboro, go past the T station and at the fork, take the left and he's the first place on the left.

Default machine shop in Central MA

Hello I saw the conversation on another link and thought to reply.
We are a full service machine shop located in Southborough.
We have worked on Subaru's for a long while.

Please check us out as another alternative.

Its a very good idea to bring it to a machine shop that has Subaru torque plates. Not many around here have them.

Don't bring it to A&D on Park Ave in Worcester. They ruined a block that I brought to them to fit 100mm pistons.
