Never heard of them here is a list of shops multiple people have used and have been happy with the service, locally!
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1327703 All nasioc vendors should have vendor freedback, if it is poor or a new company beware! I got screwed badly by a company called CSS on a group buy, a few years ago. Some companies that have been around for a while.....will do what is expected, don't do or go beyond what is expected and so their feedback will reflect it even though they are good shops. |

Thanks, but I just wanted to see what other peoples experience with them was..Seeing as I has just ordered a set of wheels through them. I was told it would take 5 business days to get them there, ended up taking 13. Other than that I specified about 5 times(not kidding) that I needed 5x100 NOT 5x114.3... guess which ones I got? Anyway I'll be contacting them tomorrow and see how they go abouts dealing with this. All I want right now is my proper set to get sent here by air, since I was patient enough to deal with both of the previous muck ups.

I have bought multiple sets of tires and a set of wheels from them before and it had been pretty pleasant and straightforward.

So they are out in Maple Ridge? I think I have drivin by the shop but haven't stop by.... If they were getting them from the states 13 days sounds about right... People make mistakes sucks about them being the wrong bolt pattern but I highly doubt they will air them out that would be $300-600... The best they might do is express 3-5 day service depending where it's coming from...
You have two options be patient and wait for them to come in or ask for a full return as it was their screw up... If they have issues giving a full return just do a charge back on your credit card. |

A few friends have bought sets of wheels there. They were happy with the price, and the wheels took about a week. As long as you get the wheels you wanted for a decent price I don't think 2 weeks is unreasonable.

I've dealt with them before.
I called in to order a shift knob from them a few years ago, was given instructions of how to order online and what notes to leave in the "additional information" box. After 3 weeks of nothing I called in and was told it was back-ordered. 2weeks later I called and there was a manufacturer defect, 2 weeks after that i called and the part was discontinued. I ended up buying a cat-back and used my payment for the knob as credit towards that purchase. The cat-back arrived within 2weeks without a hitch. Service was ok, they helped when I asked what was going on; but they didn't make it their priority to let me know the status of my order. Peter helped me unpack the cat-back and load it into my car, he took care of the boxes. I would order from them again if the price was right and they knew the item was in stock at their suppliers' warehouse. sorry for the long winded answer, hope it helps though. jon |

I ordered my winter tires from them and had them install them. I was happy with the customer service.

I have done quite a bit of business with Peter @ IIM. I have not had any bad experiences with them but they are primarily an importer so don't expect to get parts same day as they have to bring them in from the States or Japan.
Wheels & Tires seem to be their bread & butter and pricing wise I have been impressed. I also trust Peter more than anyone else I know mounting low profile tires onto my expensive rims. Ryan |

While I haven't bought anything from them yet I bet I've talk to almost everyone there.. in the last year of researching and looking for parts for the foz I've been impressed with the prices they have been able to give me. and I've sent other sf.org'ers there successfully..
after reading those threads I'm even more happy to order through them in the future. mike |

I bought my CBE from them. They gave me the run around and overcharged me but didn't realize it until I got home. I called them and asked for money back and they said they'll get back to me. After much bickering, I got it back....3 months later...

I dont know why you'd order something though a 'middle man' company anyways when you can just do it online without the hassle. but thats just me. |
