Note STS-128 - this is scheduled to be the next to final mission where they deliver the foosball table built by Germany and the rice cooker from China. And fix the solar panels that some martian kid knocked out of alignment when they were playing interstellar martian baseball. |

I applaud their effort but that sounds like a really bad deal. 65k and only 100 miles on a charge . It is cool that it is a fast no emissions vehicle but where the heck are you going to take it. Hopefully no more than 100 miles away.

My daily commute is ~ 50 miles round trip. Seems like a perfect car to me. The price just needs to come down a bit more, and then it could be economically practical.
