The engine is set to 26.5 and tapers to 21 and change... The tires were at 29 psi because they had too much grip at anything under that with my WHP.

Indy, dude these things are serious!!! I am in love. I was trying to leave at 6500rpms @ 20psi while slipping the twin disk and they just laughed at me. The car would just stumble over. We didn't really get to do play with pressure. The 1st pass a coil connector came off so the car went 18s.. 2nd pass I bogged when I popped the vacume line off, and the 3rd launch I cut a 1.88 bogging down.. Not to mention I was playing with only about 290-300whp.

Wednesday I am coming out with 350whp and some TQ.. This time we will leave the air up around 25-28psi.. for the first pass. I can tell you from experience that the BFGs would have been a burn out show the way I was trying to leave last night.. These tires are the real deal.

Aside the launch, these tires seem to keep the STI alive and always in the power band. I was going through the traps around 108-110mph @ 6100rpms..

I cant wait to slap these things on my other car!!

thanks.

all my runs were decent.

running 34psi in my tires.

didn't get a chance to lower the psi

best run of the night was 12.6@107 with a 1.8 60ft

the hoosiers looked sick on the car though.

Thanks to soon2bblackandgold, xdrian and Junior, the cat is out of the bag to the Scooby owners. If you guys want these tires I would get them now. The special will be over Monday morning. The people with pre-orders will be getting their tires first. More to be built later this week.

Update: all gone!

Turbotrix will have four sets Friday. We have a 9.43 Evo running these tomorrow, he ran a 1.39 60' with Hoosier QTP's. We expect to see 60' times in the mid to high 1.4 range. Info will be posted as soon as we hear, also Junior will be running them on another car tomorrow.
