Quick question as well, can you guys recommend a specific lube to use with your new bushings?

Commercially, sil-glide seems to work pretty well.

I was working on a new lube that worked very well, but the packaging costs killed that.

Mine arrived yesterday, as well.

Unfortunately, my chocolate decided to fall out the wrapper and get bits of chocolate everywhere.

+Helped install my buddy's x brace on his car today... Tried for 30+ minutes to get all 4 holes to line up... Could only get 3/4 of them to line up... Took a dremel and a cutting tool to the x brace, got it to work. Just note, some modification maybe required.

How old is is car? Has he done a lot of drifting? The shells on older cars tend to "tweaK" more easily than the newer ones with daily driving and farting around.

We think the last owner beat it up pretty good. It's an 07 with 40k miles. You wouldn't think it would be tweaked that much, but, who knows.

We started to see that with more of the cars as they've been around for a while now. I did have them expand the slots a little before welding, but on some it doesn't seem to be enough.

Once we run out of the old CLd stock on the lower plates and we start doing them ourselves I'm going to slot those 4 holes quite a bit more.

MSI and TIC, the metal bushing sleeve doesn't seem to be tapered enough for 05+ STis as I had trouble fitting on the aluminum control arm. Please help check if there's a different sleeve diameter? Tested, and it's a perfect fit on the one piece stamped control arms which are smaller in diameter.

Yeah, not sure why but it does seem like there's different model arms. They seem to get stuck right at the opening of the sleeve, bind, and won't go further.

PM sent with the pics.
