Where's that beam located? And really it could have happened at almost anytime. With all the snow plus quakes. It's fairly common from the house shifting. Unless there's something in the pictures I'm missing..ie a water leak or something

We had a Guy back into our house this weekend. Not a lot of damage but how do you hit a big condo? His insurance is coming out this morning to look at it. Lol just messed up some pieces of siding.

4 unit Condo with the garages on one side. He was backing up to our garage to do some work for the place next door. Not sure why he decided to park in front of our garage but anyway. There is a 2-3 foot over hang over the garage and I guess he didnt see it. Thought he was still 2 feet from the garage and smacked the over hang with his Ford E350 work van.

WGMG: People who dont know how to drive trucks. Buy a big bad truck but dont know how to drive it worth ****! This picture is kinda funny but had it been in a parking lot it would have been a different story. Getting stuck in front of your house says alot.

Had a guy hassling me at school asking why I had flaps on my car, here is how the conversation went exactly... (in parking garage after I parked)
Guy: Hey Man, Question for you. ( Very smart off sounding)
Me: Okay
Guy: Why do you have flaps on your car when (said it just like this) A: It isn't a truck, and B: Not a rally car. I've seen cars all around here like yours with them on them and can't figure out why they would even need them.
Me: Okay, really guy? "Walk off"
I walk on my way and see him walk to his car and guess what, it was a like an older model accord I think and had rubber make shift flaps on it. lol

In the end WGMG: People who just ask totally pointless questions and being a ass while doing so....

You are not the only one who gets asked retarded questions like that. It is as if they dont even notice how far they stick out to realise that other than kicking crap into another drivers windshield it also prevents damage to my damn paint.

SMDH. Oh and the common why do you have studs on a subaru..... For piece of mind when i need to stop in a hurry dip *****. AWD doesnt mean i stop better than everyone.

WGMG: Continental Subaru. I ordered a cam cap bolt (which I brought in for them to look at) and a week later i got a cam bolt. Ordered it again and got a cam cap bolt off a 2.2 single over head cam. That same week I ordered a BOV gasket which cost $35!!! Its a rubberband!!!! One week goes by and i got an intercooler gasket. Next time I'm bringing part numbers!

Anyone know a contractor?
Looks like it could be from Ice Damming. You might want to look in the attic for roof damage or leaking.

So I went around Eagle River today asking for businesses to sponsor my softball team in any amount possible...lot's of "no's" because we play in Anchorage.

Really? It's almost like these businesses think we are playing out of state...Christ.

I guess they don't give a **** about the advertisement they'd be getting from being on our jerseys...

Hahahaha, narrow minded Eagle River people thinking they are somehow better or above Anchorage, yet they are in fact part of Anchorage. (The Municipality) Hahaha... stupid businesses. Way to support local sports and residents for some cheap advertisements.
