Gear oil for non wrx?
I drive a stock 94 impreza L awd 5 spd, and a 95 legacy L awd 5spd. My question is regaurding tranny fluid and rear diff fluid for both cars. I realize they are not "high performance" vehicles, but I like to take care of my cars. I'm wondering if it would be worth the money for like Redline, Neo or even Royal Purple? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
PS. I know how to use the search function but all the results were about the wrx tranny.

I used Amsoil standard synthetic (75W90) in my OBS for three years and loved it. I'll prolly use it in the Rex too. -Dennis |

I am still liking my Valvoline Durablend 80W-90 after a couple thousand miles.
