Had a good time. Redlights suck. Plus, I gotta do something about the Formula D style setup my car has under power oversteer. Nice meeting some folks.

Sweet pics! Thanks for the link and thanks to your wife. Do you mind if I post some of these on hamfistracing.com?

Some of my favorites...

The car's minimum in SM is 2970, we weighed the car friday and it was 2912 with a 3/8 tank of gas. We needed 60 secure pounds. We ended up using a Subaru spare (30lbs) and 2 of the scca sandbags which were 25lbs a piece. We put (1) under each seat.

When we weighed saturday night the car was 2996 there was a little extra gas in there. Billy was complaining about that being the reason he was .200 off of my times and how he would be faster if he wasn't carrying around an extra 80lbs......blah, blah, blah.

When we weighed Sunday after runs it was 2976....not that it mattered. I mean the car's a couple hundred horses shy of SM.

Oh and I was digging the SCCA new wireless scales.
Anytime Greg. Nice meeting you. Hope to see you at nats.

greg isn't the min weight in SM 2550 for your car (1800lb + 300 per liter)?

Was it the bearing or the axle nut? Either way, sucky, but congrats on the win! I'm still anxious to see the real results.

1800 + (2.5+1.4)x 300 = 2970

Wheel bearing. I think the cage snapped at our last local event, there was a jump then a hard right hander in the course. I had heard a pop then but couldn't find it during a wheel swap inspection before the pro.

I guess 24 runs saturday was enough to make it shows it face and destroy the inner hub in the process. The housing is fine but the hub is toast.

Thanks, I was extremely lucky to be able to use my first ever national re-run to make at least an additional $340.00.

The car was damn near undriveable. Hell Billy went faster, I think, on his final right than I did on my final left carrying an extra 80lbs. B.B. FTW

Go get 'em Greg! You are my pick for the Finale and Nats. I bet you'll have 2 jackets back to back in you closet come mid September.

Yeah, sorry about that. I mostly took pictures of people I knew. Hence, tons of pictures of McCance, Jason, Billy, Brad, and John.

I told you colored wheels are faster!!! And since Billy was quick in Greg's car I guess we've proven that borrowed cars are indeed faster .

I said he was maybe faster. Since there seems to be some vail of mystery around the final results for the pro I can only stand by my original assumptions.
Being: That 2-bit hack of a wanna-be, Billy B, would never be able to beat me in my own car.

Just forget the fact he had never sat in the car before fridays practice starts.

Hack I tell you, hack!

Hey, now. We all know you love Billy so much that you were first in line for the BB chest-signing on Saturday night.

No, I take that back. You were right behind Corey.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with my 60ft times. Maybe I should move to drag.
