Default Power shut off for a brief second while driving

Has anyone experienced an issue where the whole power in the car shuts off for a brief second while you are driving. I was driving to work this morning several times the power shut off, headlights, radio, and any other electrical components. I was still driving, the car itself did not shut off. I've been having issues since I installed my fogs. Occasionally the car doesnt turn on and I have to pop the hood and wiggle the negative terminal. Could a bad terminal wire cause the issue stated above even though the car is already running?

The battery connections should be snug enough they don't turn when pushed on. I suggest you clean the battery connections and tighten them correctly. If that doesn't solve the trouble then there may be an ignition switch problem.
