As soon as I see pictures, I will probably buy some. I have wanted turn signals on my mirrors for a long time.

there is a bonding glue supplied with the covers to hold them in place.... once these are on, they're not coming off....

pm'd you, i will buy before i see a pic i want them regardless

morette owners, this will most likely help your visability when making a turn, as you know a car @ even at 60 degree angle cannot see the front turn signals.

@ least i hope so.

okay okay, anyways... back to the mirror covers people. I still can't make out what they are or exactly how they look from that picture, regardless of where it came from.

i saw the pic and spoke to jaime @ allsubaru about them while ordering.

she described them as a 5mm thin peice of plastic with leds that mount over your existing mirror covers. she test fit them on her car to check fitament and said they were an excellent fit.

now for my interpetation of the mirror cover photo no longer advailable

it looked good on the car, the led was the length of the mirror in the bottom third. the light was lit while the photo was taken. it was an orange light.
i do not know if that means if the bulb is orange and the lens is clear, or if the lens is orange and the bulb is orange.

i will take photos as soon as i receive them

After seeing the pic previously, I don't think the LED signals is gonna increase the size of the mirrors, it's just like a thin layer of plastic add on.

first off...
please, everyone (thread now edited.. but point remains...)if you're not interested in purchasing the product STAY OUT of this thread. period. if you have a grievance with the thread, feel free to contact myself, or a moderator of this forum.

secondly...
these are covers.
they fit OVER the oem mirrors.... add just mm's to the mirror...
they are not a bulky fit at all - again... made by morette...

thirdly....
you do have to drill one small hole for the led wiring to pass through.... other than that, installation is a snap

i can scan in or post the installation instructions...
as well as photos mon or tues...

thank you for your interest.

7 sets left gang.
cheers
Jamie

I am assuming that the small hole that needs to be drilled is going to be on the front side of the existing mirror housing?
