Impreza WRX STi subaru 2.0 GX AWD - NOW 2.0 L TURBO

i have a crazy problem , my car was not turbo i put in a haltech ECU and WRX TURBO engine but when we tune the car it just wont go over 4.800 Rpm its like it running out of spark or gas , and i have STI coils and 255gph fuel pump, check everything cant find the problem .... i try with another ECU same model same problem WTF !!! fuel pressure is good spark itīs good then what ??

any sugestions ??
