I know everyone says go for winter tires...
But I'm crazy enough to test these on my stock rims.
We'll see what happen this winter.(I'll get 18X9 or 9.5 next spring)

I just got mounted these on the stock rims.
It doesn't look too bulky.

I have these tires on my S500 (different size) and really like them. Good snow rating but also a bit noisy. 35 profile is really low for winter though; have fun with the potholes!

I have these tires as well and am quite happy with them. They did well in autocross for an all season tire, and were able to get me over a mountain pass during a blizzard. These will get you by in the snow, but only just.

Mine are 225-45-R17's though, and I also have a set of 215-45-R17

why do ya think really low profile tires are not such a good idea???

maybe because the only thing protection your wheels is the tire and the air in it???

the whole rubber band tire thing has caused millions and millions of bent wheels

Hit a pothole too hard, tire compresses all the way to the rim, rim bends.
