Default transmission and front/rear differential oil

went in to get 30k servicing and on my reciept is says 4qts gear oil.
i called the dealer and they said this was used for the transmission and front/rear differential since they use the same oil..

is this correct?

thanks for the info

the price was about 580 including tax for everything i did there.

i didnt do oil change or replace the air filter ( i have a spt intake) and i got a boost gauge installed ( they charged 1 hr labor 94$). i also got new windsheild wipers

i had a 15% off coupon for the 30k servicing.
so 580 total price.

I hope they didn't charge you for the wipers. They are covered under your 3yr 36K warranty.

Sounds like a huge ripoff either way.
