I'll need new tires in the somewhat near future is why I asked, they are 225/40/18s right now. Probably gonna go with 245's next.
Yeah I'm looking to go with 245/35 I think. I change my mind daily though..

Oh I forgot to mention the yellow LaminX is disappointing I got mine a few years ago expecting it to be YELLOW and it was pastel.....not what I was looking for. A few months ago my husband came across some cheap yellow film at Pep Boys and I couldn't be more happy....exactly the bright yellow I wanted all along.

Just curious.. Why do people like the yellow fogs? Is it for looks or does it actually help with light output?

Just looks, it is actually detrimental to light output.

i disagree to a point with the above statement, in dense fog and in driving snow the yellow REALLY gives you a better sense of depth and outline of piles of snow and or things in the road, where as white (like the 4300k hid's i have) makes the shadows longer and isnt quite as good for depth because of that, i drive up to the mountains, in snow and in darkness atleast once a week from most of october to most of april... i have driven with my current setup (4300k hid's in the fogs and headlights) and i have also driven with my old outback that had hella 500FF's with yellow overlays and hella 530's with PIAA yellow ion bulbs and i definitely felt more confident in the light output when driving in the outback

i DO however have a grasp of the science behind light output though (basically a 10% loss in light output for every 1000k you go up or down from right around 5000k (the average for natural daylight)) so i do know under normal conditions yellow (being about 3000k) IS a decrease in light output and therefore doesnt really allow full output, BUT from my experiences i would drive in snow and fog with yellow fogs in an instant. the feel of what you see when driving is more comfortable with the shadows produced by yellow.

i dont know how others feel but thats what i have gathered from driving with different colors.

I tint mine or looks.....I love the look of a bright white HID headlight with a yellow fog underneath.

While yellow would be a horrible headlight it is perfect for fog lights bc it is proven better for inclement weather....but like I said I personally tint mine for looks.

They are perfectly fine for what I use them for......all my friends know I'm a stretch nazi.....I hate it and think it looks horrible, but these aren't that stretched and they wouldn't have fit with anything bigger....so no cares given

I honestly really like your car 98legwag. I miss mine a lot sometimes. It doesn't appear to be lowered though (just curious)?

Thanks. Its on wrx springs and struts. That lowered it about a half inch to 3/4 inch. I have thought about lowering it more. If I do then I will get different wheels with an offset a tad closer to stock. The rears have rubbed with two average size people in the back. The wheels on the car are 17x7.5 +45 with 205/45/17s.

It was 'warm' today, so I washed the car and stopped at a roof top parking garage to snap a couple pics. Sorry, if it rains tomorrow it was my fault.

Warm enough to open the sunroof

^^ It does not. You need to cut and make new bolt holes. It doesn't look bad in my opinion.

De-badged trunk and did the tail lights last night.

Had the exhaust done today.
