Post Clutch experts, MY99 clutch on MY98 car???

Any clutch experts out there? Here's a question on your knowledge of stock parts.

Can a MY99 RS Clutch replace a MY98 Clutch in a MY98 RS without problems? I think it's the same exact Daikin clutch, but want to make sure.

I'm not an expert but when the dealer warrantied my clutch he used a '99 disk and pressure plate. I think all 2.5L engines clutches are interchangable.

Yes, it'll work. Gen-I Impreza clutch design hasn't changed in awhile (if it has). I'm running a clutch designed for a '97 Impreza (A Clutchmasters Stage-3) in a '01 RS Tranny (I've got a '99 OBS, and yes, it worked with the old '99 OBS tranny as well) - You should be cool.
