Rotors and pads for sale. CT.
Hey guys I recently upgraded my brakes from Stockers to powersolts. I have an 02 WRX.
I have Subaru Front and Back and rotors for sale and front pads. The front rotors were just machined 1000 miles ago they have 50K on them, still alot of meat on them., the pads have 1000 miles on them like new. (just got them) The rears might need to be machined? I do not have pads for the rear. I live in Clinton CT and work in New Haven. Rotors would be about $500 new at dealership and the pads around $50-75? First $100. gets them, I just want them gone. Thanks, Chuck Oh ya Pics are here http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=2114765271

Just to clearify. The Rotors have 50K on them. The dealership said my rotors are FINE and I just had the Fronts Machined. the Backs have never been machined they might have to be I am not sure. The back pads were worn out so there are not back pads. I had just thrown on a set of new front pads.
So Front Pads are LIKE NEW the front rotors were just machined at the dealer and the back rotors might need machining or maybe not? I orderd new brakes and was taking a trip the following week. I planed to change the Pads and rotors the weekend befor my trip. They ended up being backorderd from Suby dude. So I had my car in for service and decided to have my brakes done. SO I just spend $200. on a brake job then replaced everything that was done. Did the link I put up there work? I can E-mail you pics. Cheers, Chuck |

Chuck.....get a mic and measure the worst point on the rotors, then look for the minimum number that's stamped on them. That'll help buyers figure out what kind of life is left on them.
I've had no luck myself selling stuff like this. I've got pads and H6 rotors sitting around just looking for a home. jack |

Thanks Jack ffr1846, I figure not everyone has $600 to go out and buy new stuff so thought I would help someone out and offset my $200. brake job. That I used for a month. Well we will see, I think I am done taking pics of them though.
Thanks, Chuck |
